Services

Ten services. Take the ones that solve your problem.

Everything below connects to everything else — a website works better with a Google Business Profile behind it, and advertising works better when enquiries are actually answered. But you decide what to start with, and you can add the rest later.

Group one

Presence and identity

How your business looks and reads when somebody checks you out.

1. Website design and development

A professional, mobile-friendly website that shows what your business does, explains your services properly and makes it easy to contact you. Built to load quickly on ordinary mobile data, because that is how most of your customers will see it.

  • New websites for businesses that do not have one yet
  • Redesigns where the current site is dated, slow or hard to use on a phone
  • Single landing pages for a specific offer or advertising campaign
  • Call, WhatsApp and enquiry options placed where people will actually use them

2. Personal branding and brand identity

If you are the face of your business — a consultant, a doctor, a trainer, an agent — people are deciding about you before they decide about your service. We help you present yourself consistently wherever someone might look.

  • Clear messaging: what you do, who you do it for, and why someone should choose you
  • Visual identity: logo, colours, fonts and simple usage rules so everything matches
  • Consistent profiles across your website, Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

3. Content creation and creative design

Words and visuals that explain your business without making the reader work for it. We write in the language your customers actually use, including Hindi, Bengali and English where that suits your audience.

  • Website copy — home, services, about and contact pages
  • Social media graphics and festival or offer posts
  • Advertising creatives built for testing, not just one design
  • Short-form video for Reels, Shorts and status updates
Group two

Getting found by the right people

Being visible to customers who are nearby, searching or scrolling.

4. Google Business Profile and local SEO

When somebody nearby searches for what you sell, your business should appear with the right name, address, timings, photos and contact details. This is usually the quickest improvement a local business can make.

  • Setting up a new Google Business Profile, or correcting and completing an existing one
  • Accurate business information, categories, services and photographs you supply
  • On-page SEO for your website so local searches lead to the right page
  • Guidance on asking your genuine customers for reviews — we never create fake ones

Local search rankings are controlled by Google and change over time. We do the work that is known to help; nobody can guarantee a position.

5. Social media management

Facebook and Instagram handled properly so your pages look active and answer the questions people keep asking. A page that has not posted in eight months quietly tells customers you may have shut down.

  • Content planning around your offers, seasons and festivals
  • Designing, scheduling and publishing posts and stories
  • Page setup, profile information and basic account housekeeping
  • Watching comments and messages so enquiries are not missed

6. Performance marketing (Google and Meta ads)

Paid advertising planned, launched and improved with a specific business outcome in mind. We combine campaign planning, creative testing and conversion tracking into one service instead of treating them as separate jobs.

  • Campaign planning based on what you sell and who you want to reach
  • Conversion tracking set up before spending begins, so results are measurable
  • Testing different creatives and audiences rather than running one ad forever
  • Ongoing optimisation focused on lead quality and cost per lead, not just clicks

Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta and is separate from our service fee. We will discuss a sensible starting budget before anything is launched.

Group three

Enquiries, support and growth

What happens after somebody decides to contact you — and how the business keeps improving.

7. WhatsApp enquiry and appointment setup

Most customers in India would rather send a WhatsApp message than fill in a form or wait on a call. We set up a workflow so those messages arrive in one place, get a quick first response and are followed up properly.

  • WhatsApp buttons and links on your website, ads and Google profile
  • Ready replies for the questions you are asked every day
  • A simple way to request appointments and send reminders
  • Follow-up steps so an enquiry is not forgotten after the first message

What is possible depends on whether you use the normal WhatsApp Business app or the WhatsApp Business Platform, and on Meta's current rules. We will explain the difference and the costs before setting anything up.

8. AI customer support integration

An AI assistant on your website, and on WhatsApp where the tools support it, so common questions get answered immediately instead of waiting for someone to be free.

  • Answering routine questions about your services, location and process
  • Collecting enquiry details — name, requirement, contact number
  • Passing the conversation to a person when it needs a human answer

An AI assistant is not a replacement for your team. What it can handle depends on the tools chosen, the information you provide and how it is set up — and some of those tools carry their own subscription costs. Anything unusual, sensitive or commercially important should still reach a person, and we will set it up that way.

9. Business growth and improvement strategy

Sometimes the problem is not the advertising. We go through your online presence, your offer, the journey a customer takes from first seeing you to paying you, and what happens to enquiries after they arrive.

  • A review of your website, profiles and current marketing
  • An honest look at your offer and how it is presented
  • Where interest is being lost, and what would realistically change that
  • A practical list of improvements in the order worth doing them

10. Website maintenance and support

Websites need looking after. Content goes out of date, plugins and platforms need updating, and small things break without anyone noticing. Maintenance is offered as an ongoing arrangement, with the scope agreed in advance.

  • Content updates — new services, prices, photos, contact details
  • Technical upkeep, backups and security updates
  • Fixing errors, broken links and pages that have stopped working
  • Support according to the package you have agreed with us

Not sure which of these you need?

Tell us what is happening in your business at the moment and we will tell you honestly what is worth doing first — including when the answer is to fix something you already have rather than buy something new.
