1. Understanding the business
A conversation first. What you sell, who buys it, how customers currently find you, what you have already tried and what happened. If you have a website, profiles or running ads, we look at those before saying anything.
Digimomo helps business owners get their work in front of the right people and handle the enquiries that follow. We are practical about it: fix what is broken first, measure what changes, and explain everything in language you can act on.
Shop owners, service providers, independent professionals and small companies — people who run the business themselves and do not have a marketing department to hand this over to.
We are not specialists in one trade. What our clients have in common is a simpler problem: customers cannot find them easily, or cannot tell from what they see online whether this business is the right one to call.
We work in English, Hindi and Bengali, which matters when your customers are not all reading the same language.
We have two offices in West Bengal — one at Keshiary in Paschim Medinipur, and one at Chinsurah in Hooghly. Both addresses are on our contact page, with directions.
Most of the work happens over calls, WhatsApp and screen sharing, so being in a different district or a different state makes very little practical difference. We work with clients well outside West Bengal.
The same five steps every time, so you always know what stage we are at and what is coming next.
A conversation first. What you sell, who buys it, how customers currently find you, what you have already tried and what happened. If you have a website, profiles or running ads, we look at those before saying anything.
We put down exactly what will be delivered, what it will cost, and what is not included. Anything you will have to pay for separately — advertising spend, domain and hosting, software subscriptions — is listed at this stage, not discovered later.
You see the work while it is being built, not only at the end. For a website that means reviewing the design and the content and asking for changes before it is made live.
The website goes live, the profile is published, the campaign starts. Tracking is put in place beforehand so that from the first day we can see what is actually happening.
If your arrangement includes ongoing work, we keep reviewing the results and adjusting — the ad creatives, the pages people leave from, the questions your enquiries keep asking. If it does not include ongoing work, we will say so clearly rather than leaving you expecting it.
At the start we agree which numbers matter for your goal. Those are the ones we report on.
Likes, followers and impressions are worth watching as signals, but they are not the point. A page can gain a thousand followers and bring in nothing. We would rather show you thirty enquiries and tell you honestly how many were serious.
Measurement also has limits, and we will be upfront about them. A walk-in customer who saw your Google profile last week cannot be traced back to it. A call taken on a personal mobile does not appear in any report. Where something cannot be measured properly, we will tell you that instead of presenting a figure that only looks convincing.
Tell us about your business and what you want to improve. If website work is involved, we will arrange a free demo so you can see the proposal before committing to anything.
