Yes. Our offices are in Keshiary, Paschim Medinipur and Chinsurah, Hooghly, and we work with businesses across India. Most of the work is done over calls, WhatsApp and screen sharing, so distance rarely affects the project.

Often, yes. We look at the current site first and tell you honestly whether it is better to improve it or rebuild it. If the structure is sound and only the design, content, speed or mobile experience need work, improving it is usually quicker and cheaper. We say so when that is the case.

Not necessarily. We can write the website copy and prepare the graphics for you. Photographs of your own premises, team, products or completed work are always better than generic pictures, so we will ask for whatever you have. Where you do not have suitable photographs, we will discuss the options with you.

Yes. The services connect well, but none of them require the others. Many clients start with one thing, usually a website or a Google Business Profile, and add more once they can see the effect. You are never required to take a bundle.

After we understand what the work involves. Pricing and timelines depend on the scope, so we discuss your requirements first and then confirm both in writing before starting. We do not publish fixed packages on the website because the same service can mean very different amounts of work for different businesses.

Yes. Money paid to Google or Meta for advertising goes to them directly and is separate from what you pay us for managing the campaigns. The same applies to domain names, hosting and any software subscriptions a setup requires. All of these are identified before work begins so there are no surprises.

Typically it answers common questions about your services, location and process, collects enquiry details, and passes the conversation to a person when a human answer is needed. What it can do depends on the tools chosen, the information you provide and how it is configured. It is not able to resolve every customer issue on its own, and it should not be set up as if it could.

Ongoing website maintenance and support are available as an arrangement agreed in advance, covering content updates, technical upkeep and fixes. What is included depends on the package you agree with us. If your project does not include ongoing support, we will tell you that clearly rather than leave it unclear.
